Originally from the UK, Roger has spent over 50 years in pastoral ministry. As the founder of Genesis, he continues to bring vision and direction as the church moves forward. He is also the primary Bible teacher, with a gift of communicating the most profound truths in a relevant, down to earth and practical way.
Roger has been married to Gill for over 50 years and they have two children, nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Charlotte has been part of the church’s staff virtually from the beginning. She oversees the administrative side of life at Genesis, directs our missions programs and is also a gifted Bible teacher.
Charlotte is married to Eric and they have five children and six grandchildren.
Faith graduated from Nyack College, NY with a Bachelors in Youth & Family Studies. She then traveled to Luton, England to spend a year working with an organization that reaches out to teens, Youthscape, returning home to Long Island in the summer of 2018.
Faith joined the Genesis Church staff team in August 2018.
LAURA MAZZEO
Administrative Assistant
Laura has been part of Genesis Church since we were renting space in a movie theater on Sunday mornings for our services. She has outstanding administrative and organizational skills and is at the center of ensuring everything is in place so that whatever we do runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Laura is married to Paul and they have two adult children.

Grace Care Director
Ken supports the Genesis community outreach programs of Grace Care food pantry, mobile food delivery, and mobile soup kitchen in order to improve the lives of those in need by providing them with hope, resources, and support.
Ken is married to Ginny and they have two adult children.
Jonathan Blackmore
Creative Director
After a career in corporate creativity Jonathan has returned to his first love, the church, where he oversees all aspects of creativity in Genesis life including communications and marketing.
Jonathan has 4 children and hopes one day to live on a beach.
